1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
· The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
· The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

2. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

· Used, washed, or damaged products not caused by us.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

· Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
· Our team will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
· Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided.
4. Refunds
· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· Approved refunds will be processed within [7-14 business days] through your original payment method.
· Shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item)
5. Exchanges
· If you prefer an exchange, we will send a replacement item once the returned item has been received and approved.
· Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
6. Shipping Costs
· For returns due to our error, we will cover the returning shipping costs.
· For other returns, (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered) you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos as supporting evidence to process your claim.
